3 designs for a tattoo commission. the client asked for a butterfly tattoo with their mother's name etched unto the wings. I modeled the butterflies off the ones I observed from the Natural Museum back in Gainesville. Butterflies preserved often remind me of my Abuelo and his garden in El Salvador. I think what attracts me most are the lines. I like to think that enough line work can simultaneously reveal and conceal meaning. Which of the three do you like best?
